If you are an entrepreneur I am going to tell you from experience that business coaching is vital for your success in today's world. Some sort of fashion of either having small business coaching, team coaching, a mentor, communication coaching, or even relationship coaching will be necessary to compete in today's market place.
You may be able to find success without coaching or mentorship, however, you will never find the level of success that you would with some type of coaching.
I first entered the business world with a Network Marketing company. This had both its pros and cons. The best thing about a Network Marketing company is that many of them train their new members on how to be entrepreneurs. Nine out of ten businesses fail. Why is this? Because becoming successful in business takes a lot of learning and practice.
There are those people that start a business and become billionaires. However, this is not the norm. Most successful entrepreneurs have worked and learned for years before their success becomes huge. If you think about it, it makes a lot of sense. It takes a person four years just to earn a degree.
If you want to become an accountant or lawyer you are looking at at least 6 years of training. If you want to become a doctor, it takes even longer. To assume that becoming successful in business in a year or two is really unrealistic, and most successful entrepreneurs will tell you the same.
This is why coaching and training in business are so important. By using small business coaching you set yourself up to find success faster than those that do not use a coach. Now there is a science to picking a coach also. When looking for a business coach you want to make sure that you find one that is successful in the venture that you are seeking.
By doing this you will streamline your process to make sure you find the correct coach. Many coaches will say that they know how to take you to success, but I personally will never choose a coach that has not succeeded in the exact niche that I am looking to succeed in.
